Sometimes we feel things that we cannot identify easily, in some ways we feel confused, and that could make us behave wrongly .
Words, in this case adjectives, can help a lot in this task, and so if we can name and recognize what we are feeling, then we can know more about ourselves, and manage our feelings and have an intelligent and apropriate emotional behavior.
In the
previous post, you could start practising with a few adjectives, but we can
enlarge that list of feelings and emotions, so we can be more specific and learn and know more. You can
